We terminate a wide range of connectors, with a focus on the smaller circular families fielded kit actually uses: ODU, Nemesis, Nett Warrior, Switchcraft modular power, mil-spec circulars and rugged ethernet, plus USB, RJ-45, SAE and battery terminations where the kit needs them. Native terminations, no adapters in the loop.
We design optimized bulk cable for the job: conductor count, gauge, shielding and jacket specified for how the cable will be routed and abused, then manufactured in the US. Several of our custom constructions are kept in stock, so a prototype or a short run doesn't wait on a mill.
In-house tooling design, machining and injection molding means improved form, fit and function without the headache and overhead of shops that outsource steps along the way. Color-coded overmolds, strain relief straight out of the connector body, tie-down loops where they help.
IPC workmanship standards on every assembly and a strong commitment to QC: 100% electrical testing before anything ships, and a formal first-article approval process on every new part number, so the run matches exactly what you signed off.
With typically low to no NRE, we work hard to understand your problem and design a solution on your behalf, even when documentation is sparse or non-existent. We would rather solve the problem than build to print, and we steer the design toward what our shop does best, so the part is right and repeatable.
